1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal care and cosmetic nature of our products, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards. Items are eligible for return or exchange only under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original, sealed packaging with all security seals intact.

  • Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 3 to 5 days of receiving your order.

  • You must present the original order confirmation, receipt, or invoice as proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened, unsealed, or tested skincare products, serums, and creams.

  • Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please notify us immediately within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide clear photos or a short video of the damaged item along with your order number via WhatsApp or email. We will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution promptly.

  • Note: Delivery fees for standard returns (change of mind) are borne by the customer, whereas return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items sent by us will be covered by The Skin Edit (Pvt) Ltd.

5. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed, and the applicable amount will be credited back via bank transfer or the original payment method within a few business days.
