1. Delivery Coverage & Methods

• Island-wide Delivery: We deliver to all districts across Sri Lanka (Colombo, Gampaha, Kandy, Galle, Jaffna, and all other regions).

• Shipping Partners: All orders are handled by trusted and reliable courier services to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

2. Processing & Dispatch Time

• Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after confirmation.

• Custom / Special Orders: For curated glow kits or special promotional items, processing might take an additional 24 hours.

3. Delivery Timeframes & Estimated Costs

• Colombo & Suburbs (Gampaha / Kadawatha region): 1 to 3 business days.

• Outstation Areas: 2 to 5 business days.

• Note: Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment center, you will receive a confirmation message or tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp (075 050 3737) so you can monitor your package’s journey.

5. Delivery Issues & Support
